What's the Difference Between Softgels and Capsules?
Softgels
Softgels contain a liquid that is surrounded by a soft gel capsule made of gelatin (usually bovine-based). The liquid formulation inside allows for easy absorption and is ideal for oil-based and liposomal supplements.
Capsules
Capsules are vegetarian-based and contain the same or similar product in powder form. Our liposomal capsules contain powder that has been mixed with a liposomal blend during the manufacturing process, providing the same liposomal benefits as our softgel products.
Liposomal Technology in Both Formats
Whether in softgel or capsule form, our liposomal products use advanced delivery technology to maximize absorption. During manufacturing, the active ingredients are encapsulated with a liposomal coating, allowing them to bypass certain parts of the body for optimal absorption.
Which Should I Choose?
Both softgels and capsules are designed to deliver effective results. Your choice may depend on:
Dietary preferences (vegetarian capsules vs. bovine-based softgels)
Personal preference for swallowing pills
Specific product availability
