What Should I Do If My Softgels Melt or Stick Together?

Softgels can sometimes stick together or soften due to heat exposure during shipping or storage. Here's what to do:

If Softgels Are Sticking Together

  1. Place the bottle in the freezer for several hours

  2. Remove the bottle and shake it

  3. The softgels should break apart easily

This doesn't affect the quality or effectiveness of the product.

If Softgels Have Truly Melted or Burst

If your softgels have melted to the point where they've burst open, they are no longer effective. In this case:

  1. Contact our customer care team immediately

  2. We'll work with you to replace your product

Preventing Softgel Melting

To prevent softgels from melting or sticking:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

  • Avoid leaving bottles in hot cars or near heat sources

  • Keep the bottle tightly sealed
