Can I Pause or Skip a Subscription Order?

Yes! You can skip upcoming subscription orders or reschedule them at any time.

How to Skip an Order

Option 1: Through Orders

1. Log into your account at coremedscience.com

2. Select My Account

3. Navigate to Orders

4. Click Skip in the upper right corner

Option 2: Through Subscriptions

1. Log into your account at coremedscience.com

2. Select My Account

3. Navigate to Subscriptions

4. Click Skip for the order you want to postpone

How to Reschedule an Order

If you need to delay your next delivery, you can reschedule it:

• Delay by 1 week

• Delay by 2 weeks

• Choose a specific date

This flexibility allows you to adjust your delivery schedule based on when you actually need your next shipment.

Can I Pause My Subscription Long-Term?

While we don't have a formal "pause" feature, you can skip individual orders or adjust your delivery frequency to space out shipments. If you need to pause for an extended period, you can cancel your subscription and reactivate it when you're ready.
